Shipping and lead times

All items are shipped within 14-21 days via courier at a cost of R125.00. Please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery.   Lead time will only take effect after full payment has been received

Alternatively you can arrange your own courier to collect when your order is done.

Artwork

All artwork for engraving must be uploaded as one of the following file formats:

• High resolution JPEG
• High resolution PNG
• PSD File
• Vector File

When supplying artwork for foil printing it is very important to make sure that the artwork are supplied in 100% registration black (C-100 M-100 Y-100 K-100) in a Vector format.

Only Vector based design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw for instance will be able to save your logo file in the correct format.

Testing of USB flash drives

All USB flash drives are tested.  All USB flash drives are fomatted to exFAT and files copied to the drives to ensure that there are no problems.  Please ensure that you reformat the drives before use.

Return & Exchange Policy on faulty USB flash drives

Something Beautiful will provide a full refund or replacement on non-working USB Flash Drives ONLY and acceptable within 21 days of receiving your product.

If a full refund is offered, this may not include the courier cost on the order and only applies to the actual items bought. Something Beautiful will only offer a full refund or exchange on goods, if products are sent back via courier at buyers own expense and the goods are received unharmed or not changed in anyway by the buyer.
