SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME

Lead time on all orders are between 14 – 21 days.  Please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery on orders that are shipped via courier.   Lead time will only take effect after full payment has been received.  Please note that most items are handmade and made to order, which takes time. Also, ensure that your delivery address is at a physical address where you can collect and sign for the package.

RESTRICTION TO ALTER PRODUCTS

Under no circumstances will you alter or modify any products by any means.

LARGE QUANTITIES ORDERS

For large quantities of products, please send us an email on info@something-beautiful.co.za for a custom quote.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All artwork for engraving must be uploaded as one of the following file formats:

• High resolution JPEG
• High resolution PNG
• PSD File
• Vector File
